The EconoPacker is a machine that can package jars, bottles, or cartoned products into a case package for distribution. The machine includes a short conveyor belt upon which the product or cartons are loaded. These are then collated into the programmed packing order and slid into the waiting case. One person can operate this machine to produce 10 cases per minute.

To even further streamline your process, you can add the Econo60, which is an automatic cartoner that can produce up to 60 cartons per minute. You can connect these machines with a conveyor belt and finish off the process with the EconoSeal machine, which seals cases or cartons with glue, hot air, or tape closure.
