Horizontal & Vertical Cartoners

Whether your production requires a countertop carton sealer or a continuous-motion cartoner, our equipment is suitable for a wide variety of needs. Our cartoners are ideal for products ranging from beverages, snacks and frozen foods to industrial and home goods. Some examples of what these flexible cartoners are running in the field include:

  • Printed photo albums that are shrink wrapped on a piece of corrugate, which allows our customer to handle variable data, meaning any size photo album is able to be loaded automatically. The company runs four Spartan cartoners with extended pitch to handle larger shipping boxes.

  • A beverage Spartan that runs 24 pack cases of 12 oz and 16 oz cans. One box style is a standard paperboard case, and the other style is a corrugated case.

  • A specialty toffee maker uses two spartan to run 1 & 2lbs aluminum tins into shipper boxes and pack tubs of single wrapped toffee into a 8″ tall shipper case.

Case Packers

Our case packing solutions include semi-automatic horizontal case packers, automatic carton packers, and wrap-around systems for cartons, trays, and cases. These case packers are ideal for a variety of products, including home goods, beauty products, food, beverages, and more. An example of how on our customers uses these machines includes:

Tray Formers

These tray formers can form corner glue, corner lock or simplex style locking trays with a hinged cover, and seal them using hot melt glue. They are ideal for products such as food, beverages, and more.
