This month, we had the pleasure of attending the Craft Brewers Conference in Denver, CO. The Craft Brewers Conference is a showcase of products for both craft brewers and packaging brewers. The Spartan Cartoner
The Spartan Cartoner is one of our best machines for craft brewers. It allows for a six pack to be packaged easily and efficiently. The machine comes with several features, including stainless steel construction and PLC controls. It can close cartons with a glue seal, tuck closure, gable top, or hot air closure. It can also accommodate either paperboard or corrugated cardboard.
Speed and Efficiency
At the Craft Brewers Conference, we demonstrated how the Spartan Cartoner is able to package 30 cartons of six bottles, each in about one minute. The machine is actually capable of up to 40 cartons per minute, with feature options available to take it up to 60 cartons per minute. You can either manually fill the cartons or get the automated features to make it faster.
