We've shipped thousands of these machines from Randolph. The Rapid Delivery Program runs on standard machine configurations we've built before — which is exactly why we can hold to the lead times above 

Standard configurations come with a meaningful set of options. Many can be added without extending the lead time; others move the project into a custom-quoted scope. Send us your application and we'll walk you through what fits the program and what we'd quote separately.

TwinSeal Carton Sealer — 2 to 4 weeks 

Compact, semi-automatic carton sealer. Glues two corrugated flaps simultaneously. The fastest machine we make to your floor. Cannabis, gummies, frozen novelties, craft beer, specialty foods. Manual load standard; choke-fed belt conveyor optional.

TwinSeal Entry-Level Carton Sealers

E-System 2000 Cartoner — 4 to 8 weeks 

Compact horizontal end-load cartoner in a 6' × 3' footprint. Sanitary construction. Baking mixes, snacks, personal care, household items. Full flap or economy flap carton structure required for Rapid Delivery.

Econo-60 Cartoner — 6 to 10 weeks 

Hand-load continuous-motion cartoner running up to 60 cartons per minute. Standard glue system; optional belt conveyor for operator loading. The right answer when you need more volume that still fits into a tight floor space.

Standard configurations

 

The Rapid Delivery Program runs on pre-approved machine and carton configurations. We've built thousands of these. The engineering work is done and the build runs from a known recipe. Options that don't add lead time are part of the standard scope; options that change the build move into a custom quote.

We build a specific class of machine — 4,000 to 30,000 cartons per shift — and we build it in volume from one location. That focus is what keeps the lead times tight and the margins durable. It's also why the same team can stay attached to the project from order through service.
