Cartons are picked from the hopper by a rotary vacuum head, erected automatically, and placed into a continuous motion flighted chain. Operators manually load products at the 42” load station, after the minor flaps are folded. The system then applies a hot melt glue seal to close each carton and discharges it at an ergonomic working height.
