PACK EXPO International returns to McCormick Place in Chicago October 18–21, 2026. Econocorp will be at Booth S-1502 with seven machines on display, plus two additional Spartan cartoners running in partner booths.
Our team will be available throughout the show to learn more about your secondary packaging needs and discuss how our equipment could fit your operation. Several of the machines will be shown in specific configurations, giving visitors a chance to see how they run across various secondary packaging applications.
We will be bringing many different downstream machines to Chicago that cover a range of secondary packaging applications, from compact carton sealing to horizontal and vertical cartoning. Most of the machines demonstrated will be available for purchase with quick turnaround. Several are also part of our Rapid Delivery Program to get standard configurations on the production floor faster.
The Pegasus is a continuous-motion horizontal cartoner designed for automated, higher-volume packaging applications. It automatically erects cartons, loads products, and seals or tucks the finished cartons, with options for different product-loading configurations and carton closure styles.
At the show: The newly redesigned Pegasus will make its first public appearance at PACK EXPO. The updated machine features increased servo control and simplified assemblies, with speeds increased to 150 cartons per minute.

Built for vertical loading applications, the V-System automates the erecting, loading, and closing of top-load cartons. The system supports manual loading as well as robotic or linear actuator loading, with options for glue-seal, tuck-flap, and auto-bottom cartons, The V-System can accommodate line speeds up to 40 cartons a minute.
At the show: The V-System will be integrated with a CAM Packaging filler to dry-fill pasta.

The Spartan is one of our most popular secondary packaging machines. It is a horizontal cartoner built to handle multiple SKUs with quick changeovers and a range of product infeed options. The Spartan’s flexible design makes it easy to configure the machine around different products and packaging requirements.
At the show: We will be running the Spartan with a belt conveyor infeed, one of several infeed configurations available for the machine.

The Beverage Spartan builds on the flexibility of the Spartan cartoner, with a horizontal intermittent-motion design developed specifically for beverage packaging applications. Its multi-lane infeed and loading system can handle beverage packs ranging from 4-packs to 24-packs, making it well suited to contract packagers handling different formats. The machine on display at PACK EXPO has been sold to a co-packer.

The E-System 2000 is a compact, intermittent-motion horizontal cartoner that can help manufacturers move from manual packing toward semi- or fully automated cartoning. The standard hand-load configuration can later be upgraded with a belt or bucket conveyor as automation needs grow.

The TwinSeal is a semi-automatic carton sealer that applies glue and seals both outer flaps of a carton at the same time. Its compact design can fit into tight production spaces, while manual or choke-fed belt infeed options allow the machine to adapt to different packaging operations.

If you’re interested in seeing additional ways the Spartan can fit your operations, there are a few other stops you’ll want to make on the show floor. Two additional Spartan configurations will be running in partner booths, each demonstrating a different approach to integrating the cartoner with other packaging technologies.
At LinMot’s Booth S-1507, a Spartan will run with a bucket conveyor and a LinMot pick-and-place unit, showing automated product handling alongside the cartoning process.
At Valco Melton’s Booth N-5224, a hand-load Spartan with an electric glue system will pair cartoning and advanced adhesive technology.
