Our case packer equipment is designed to offer automated solutions for low to moderate production needs for a variety of manufacturing companies. The ultimate goal is to help our clients increase their production while saving on time and labor costs with equipment that is easy to use and requires low maintenance. Our most popular case packing equipment includes:
ECONOPACKER. The ECONOPACKER is our basic case packer, a compact and economical solution ideal for companies looking to begin automation of their case packing process. This case packer is semi-automatic and can be used to collate and load various types of products into cases. The cases then are ready for sealing and distribution. This case packer can handle up to 600 cases per hour, depending on the size of case and other factors.
ECONOCASER. Our simple horizontal case packer, the ECONOCASER, is compact and can be used for a variety of case styles using corrugated or folding cardboard case materials. Made of rugged construction, this simple yet efficient case packer erects the case, provides a single loading station (optional automatic collating/loading feature available) and pressure sensitive tape or glue closure. The ECONOCASER can create up to 600 cartons per hour, depending on size and type of carton.
ECONOSEAL Spartan Wrap-Around. For cartons, cases and trays with a wrap-around style, our ECONOSEAL Spartan Wrap-Around system can accommodate both corrugated and paperboard materials. Each blank is formed into a “U” shape and moved to the single manual product loading station, which has an optional automatic collating/loader available. The case, tray or carton then is secured through end flap and corner glue stations. The ECONOSEAL can handle up to 1200 cartons per hour, depending on size and other factors.
Our case packing equipment is sturdy and is made with heavy duty construction, including caster mounting. Although our standard equipment is designed to handle cases/cartons within set measurement standards, we also have equipment to handle cartons that are outside of the normal measurement perimeters upon request.
Our case packing equipment solutions are the cornerstone of our business. The ECONOSEAL product line that was created in the late 1960’s was so successful that we changed our name to ECONOCORP Inc. in 1976 to eliminate confusion for our clients. Although we now offer many other types of equipment, case packing still is a large part of our product line and some of our most popular products.
